October 1, 2009 At 4:35p.m., a student reported that his calculator was stolen from the Take 5 Lounge. The student left the calculator unattended for two hours between the hours of 2:30p.m. and 4:30p.m.
October 1, 2009 At 7:05p.m., a student reported receiving a letter from a classmate. The letter stated that the writer was in an emotional crisis. The Director of Public Safety and the Vice President of Student Services were apprised of the situation. The Madonna University Behavioral Intervention Team was notified and the student is receiving counseling.
October 8, 2009 At 1:50a.m., a student/resident was acting disorderly. An officer responded and interviewed the subjects. Livonia Police were contacted and the student/resident was taken into custody.
October 8, 2009 At 1:00p.m., a student reported that her purse was stolen from her car that was parked in the East Lot between 11:30a.m. and 1p.m. There was no sign of a forced entry.
October 8, 2009 At 3:25p.m., a choral member reported that his wife tripped an fell on a pavement cut out in South Lot B on October 6, 2009 at 9:05p.m. The Vice President of Finance and Operations and the Director of Physical Plant were notified.
October 11, 2009 At 2:55p.m., Livonia Police Dispatch contacted the department reporting a medical emergency in the gymnasium. Upon arrival the officer found a basketball camp attendee complaining of being light headed. Livonia Rescue arrived on scene and transported the subject to St Mary Mercy Hospital.
October 14, 2009 At 8:20a.m., a fire drill was conducted in the Residence Hall by the Department of Public Safety and Residence Hall Staff.
October 14, 2009 At 10:00a.m. an officer observed that the sign post to Sr. Francilene Drive was on the ground and damaged. The Director of Physical Plant was notified.
October 14, 2009 At 12:50p.m., a parent of a student contacted the department concerned about her son who appeared to be depressed. The student was found and a member of the MUBIT Team was contacted and spoke with the student.
October 15, 2009 At 9:07a.m., a staff person reported that a student was feeling ill in the Administration Lobby. EMS was called and on scene. The subject refused to be transported to St. Mary Mercy Hospital and the subject was driven home by her mother.
October 28, 2009 At 7:30p.m., a Writing Center tutor reported feeling uncomfortable around a student. The Director of the Writing Center was notified and the student will tutored by somebody else.
October 28, 2009 At 3:00p.m., a student reported that two pair of sunglasses and a flashdrive was missing from her vehicle that was parked in South Lot C. The incident occurred between 9:05a.m. and 3:00p.m. There was no sign of a force entry.
